Day 1 - Bread bites

Experimenting in My Own Kitchen

Being a passionate food lover, I decided to experiment with making my own bread bites at home. I started with a basic recipe—flour, yeast, salt, and water—letting the dough rise patiently. The trick, I learned, was in shaping them just right. Too big, and they felt like mini rolls; too small, and they lost their texture. After several attempts (and a few burnt batches), I finally mastered the perfect golden-brown bread bite.

But I didn’t stop there. I began adding my own twists—garlic butter for a savory touch, cinnamon sugar for a sweet version, and even cheese-stuffed bread bites that became an instant hit with my friends and family. Each batch brought me closer to understanding the magic of baking and how small changes in technique or ingredients could transform the final result.
